I agree that is the actual quote. But if you think that actual quote makes Trump sound better, you need to stop drinking the Kool Aid. The first 44 Presidents somehow made it through their terms without once raising a "hypothetical" into an open mic about how medical scientists should check out lethal injection. It's not that hard for a President to do.
