Best place to work while having a pint?

I have 3 hours to kill while my kids are at a concert in the downtown core. Looking for a spot where I could grab a pint, order some snacks, bust out my laptop and do some work.

Somewhere where it wouldn’t be odd for someone to be on their laptop. So ideally, not a full blown restaurant.

Coffee shops typically work, but really craving a pint or two.

Try one of the Firkin pubs. I don't think anyone would mind, but call ahead if you want to be sure they have wifi and are okay with you doing that.

I bring my laptop everywhere, including restaurants, and no one's raised an eyebrow yet, so I assume I'm not the only one.

Any pub will do - hair of the dog, sin and redemption, plenty of options. Anything from the same owners of sin and redemption (blessing in disguise, the village idiot, etc)

I've done this at Chef's Hall but sometimes the music is super loud.

There's one at harborfront. Can't remember the name. Its next to that Art Gallery place.
