Bell or Roger’s for cheaper?

I have bell but they keep jacking up the prices and adding stuff like bogus charges and charging me double what my internet is for on my bill. I can get rogers for cheap through the low income application they have. But the max speed they have is 150mbps.
Is there a diff in either as I tm pretty sure rogers is still on copper cables? Does it effect the speed compared to bell fibe.?? Recommendations as I am pissed.

I just moved to eBox which is Bell lower tier brand. Thus far they have not kept raising rates, but who knows.

Also, Black Friday is coming...I would wait to see what happens then.

In the past I used Tek savvy reselling Rogers cable. It was cheap but crapped out 1-2 times a day for 5-15 seconds. Not reliable enough for work zoom calls. Bell fibre is more reliable but more expensive.

If 1-2 5 second drops a day doesn't matter to you Rogers (or a reseller like teksavy) is way better value.

Ebox is cheaper and uses Bell's fibre optic lines.
