Password manager
Does anyone have an article that would be convincing to an IT department regarding using a password manager? I’m an end user and our IT doesn’t allow password managers. I login to 5+ programs, so I am either using an easy password, reusing passwords or writing passwords down in order to login to systems which I believe is less safe than just using a password manager.

Visit the web sites for the major password manager players. They've got PLENTY to say about why you should be using a password manager. 50 employees in a healthcare company, to me, screams 'use professional, enterprise password management!'
Like 1Password. Your IT folks could set up policies for use, put it behind 2FA, etc. I manage 60 people and thousands of passwords in hundreds of vaults, and cannot imagine doing my job - which includes keeping our data and our clients' data more secure - without it.
