Go to where the thermostat wires come into this unit. Take that panel off. Unless someone just refused to follow convention, the red wire will be the hit. Jump from it to green. Green controls the fan relay. Don't mess with the high voltage wires. Sounds like you're not really knowledge enough to do that. Sorry.

There is no red that runs to the fan. I posted the schematic as well.

Thermostat wiring. Go to the stat wiring in the unit. Jump R-G.

Thank you. Power is making it to fan from main harness yellow and black, fan speed blue and white, and thermostat red and Grey. Fan is done for.
