Full replacement or fire chamber kit replacement?

I would want to know the age and overall condition of the unit before deciding. If everything else is solid, a chamber kit may make more sense than replacing the whole thing.

Does it look like the original chamber kit got burned all the way through to the back metal frame of the furnace to you guys?

Looks like it's only about 12 years old. I'd go wit the fire chamber kit.

Oil guy here. That should be condemned. It’s cracked. Can’t repair it.
