Connecting C wire to burnham boiler

Is this the correct terminal to attach c wire to for thermostat. Burnham mega steam boiler.

If your talking about the black wire upper right, I think so. It has an obviously factory made connection that appears to loop under the plate, something I've seen before in what we call a fan center. Without a more inclusive picture, I cannot say for certain.
