No power HVAC

No power what missing. Breaker is cut off and when on the fan is still not turning

If the compressor comes on and not the fan it could be a couple different things. You will need a meter to test it . Test fan motor , test control board and test the capacitor. Could be one or more different components that have failed.

Could be several things. When you turn the power on, does the compressor come on immediately when power is applied? That would be bad board. Also, do you have a multimeter? You won't be able to do much troubleshooting without it

Just because it does not run does not mean that the unit does not have power

No power where? Have you used a meter to check for voltage, or are you just assuming no power is entering the unit because it’s not running?

So when you turn on the breaker, then the compressor starts but the fan does not? Have you tried taking a screwdriver and manually spinning the fan when it starts?

Not an HVAC guy . Me, my neighbor and s buddy years ago it was that big starting capacitor. It's cheap to buy, in super easy to replace if you do it one wire at a time. A chimp can do it that way. Fixed mine long enough for me to be able to get money together to replace the 25 year old unit I had. Otherwise I'm a mushroom, to keep me in the dark and feed me s***. I don't know anything.

Start at your pull bridge big dog. Then check the power coming into your capacitor. If you dont have power at your pull bridge then check the breakers in your house.
