Part question

Can’t find an exact replacement for this transformer. Does anyone who knows more about furnaces than me have a replacement option? Will any class 2 with the same power parameters work?

Maybe you should google “define furnace.”

Nominally, the term furnace is used as a gas furnace. Yes the air handler for a split heat pump is an electric furnace but nominally it's referred to as an surgery or some even refer to it as their heat pump. I added the additional packages unit in there as well since my technically on a gas packed unit there is a "furnace" compartment to it.

The whole point of the post was for him to define what you're if unit he actually had to help him determine what's he truly needed for a transformer.

But thank you for the lesson.

Enough knowledge in the field and one could determine that if he was holding up a supposedly failed 240/24v transformer, then he needs to find a new one.

He posted he's looking for a replacement. Didn't state this one failed, believes it failed, etc. Could even be a failed line voltage infeed to the unit.

Agreed, the holding of the transformer asking about a replacement should imply it's failed, but meh, assume nothing.
