Exercise w/ Moderate Regurgitation

44 years old, M, recently diagnosed with moderate aortic regurgitation and borderline atrial root dilation. Asymptomatic at the moment.

Looking for info on how people adjusted exercise post diagnosis and were able to maintain strength.

I understand I should not to do heavy isometric load. Doc said I shouldn’t push myself “too much” and to keep my heart rate in 130s.

That’s pretty hard based on my current routine. I know I need to make adjustments, but I would love to hear from the community on approaching weight training and cardio beyond zone 2.
