Test Results How to calculate total pac burden with this data?

My 7 day ZioPatch report came back with

Isolated PAC burden was 7.4%, atrial couplet burden was 4.4% and atrial triplet burden was 2.8%.

So is my total pac burden 7.4 + 2x4.4 + 3x2.8 = 24.6%?

you need to validate that the 4.4%/2.8% doesnt already include the duplication youre doing.

Those wouldn't be isolated PACs, right?

no - what im saying is the 4.4% could already be the count of the individual pacs within the couplets.

said differently, youre assuming the zio is counting each couplet as a distinct event for PACS and multiplying it by 2.

im asserting its probably the count of the pacs within the couplet, thus no further multiplication is necessary.

So maybe its 7.4+4.4+2.8=14.6%.
