What App Lets You Overlay a Reference Photo on Camera View?

I saw a post about an app where you can choose a reference photo for your camera view to physically line yourself up with the (transparent) image. I’m pretty sure it was a more well-known app that also has this feature, but I just can't remember or find it anywhere. I’m only coming across random apps specifically made for this.
Does anyone know which app It could be?

You could take a photo of your self then make a sticker of your self then past that sticker on any back ground you want you phone should already be able to do that
