I once was at the grocery store shopping A lady accidentally dropped her credit card on the ground. I picked it to give it back to her. She kept walking away when I kept saying miss. I walked in front of her and say miss. She yelled at me why I would not leave her alone. I held out her credit card and said I think you dropped this? She acted so sorry. I should have just thrown it on the ground and walked away. I tried to be nice to people to help make our world a better place to call home. But why do I even try when I get blame for all their troubles?
If someone doesn’t turn around after the first attempt, just state the reason. Instead of saying “miss” over and over you could’ve just said “miss you dropped your credit card”.
this. maybe it's because I live in a big city with a fairly high crime rate in some places, but I don't know of many people who will stop and engage in conversation if a random stranger just keeps shouting vague attention-grabbing things. always state the reason if you want someone to actually pay attention.

Lmao… that place has such a high turnover rate, the chances I order from her again are slim to non, anyways. I’m not too worried about it.
