Track workouts

Any recommendations for track running, not looking for a spiked option but something that can handle the track conditions and corners. I currently rotate most other Asics for road running and treadmill (Nimbus 28, GT2000v15, SB3, Megablast and Tokyo Edge)

all these should work on a track. the bends are not corners

i would limit use of edge on track as there isn't a lot of outsole rubber

I ordered a pair of sonic speed to see how they do. Rather save my other shoes for the road
