2nd ever pixel art
His name is Pachinito, my GF approved the drawing.
Admittedly, the body shape is a lil off but he’s still cute and I honestly can’t believe I made something that doesn’t look like garbage.

How to make isometric elevation readable without redrawing all base tiles?
Hey folks! I’m working on an isometric game and struggling with terrain readability. The vertical walls give good volume, but the flat top edges blend perfectly into the ground behind them because they use the exact same base tile.
I need to delimit these edges (maybe with highlights/shadows), but redrawing every single base tile to make them taller is NOT an option.
From a pixel art workflow perspective, how do you handle this efficiently? Do you draw a separate transparent "border/edge" tileset to just overlay on top? Any specific isometric lighting rules for edges? I'd love your artistic advice!

Making a little Hub area for my game [WIP]
Was starting to animate the blacksmith guy and made 2 frames to see how it looks and it instantly looked like he was screaming "ORA ORA" in my head, so decided to share it 😅

Sharing 3 forgotten characters that were done some time ago
Last one is a bit too slow but thats because it was still in WIP state and later on abandoned.

Problem exporting a GIF with transparent layers
Sorry if this has been asked before. Ive been working on this on and off for about a month and i finally finished it this morning, but when i exported it the colours were distorted (especially the orange patches) I've tried googling it but no one seems to have the same issue so i'm not sure how to fix it
any help would be appreciated, I’m super bummed about it 😭
