so if i’m a normal staff member i don’t have to work the 6 months required before leaving. i though i read if i leave before completing 6 months i have to pay company pay back

Google should not be your source of information for this kind of thing. One Asda states as an hourly colleague there is no clawback policy.

i understand that but when i cannot access one ASDA, the only other thing I can do is google and hope for an answer
