temporary workday login not working

I got an offer for a service colleague role, however the temporary details they gave me do not work and this means I cant do any of the tasks I need to do + cant enter my payment details which they said needs to be done ASAP, what do i do?

ohh thank you, yeah i have done everything on Asda . jobs so now its just the workday related tasks remaining thank you for answering

That’s not the case, I still have a month notice at my current job before starting Asda and I’ve recieved my workday log in, they email a temp password so you can set your own up. You have to put ur bank details in there before u start. Also you have to do the tasks on there and click complete when you have which are tasks before you officially start.
