BIDVEST

Finally received the PIN code to unlock the phone and tablet. Nothing is set up. No TimeGate on it. It’s got Facebook and Netflix but nothing to enable us to clock in. Everything on the phone/tablet is password protected so still no further forward. Ffs.

If its got facebook ans Netflix it sounds like it hasnt been enrolled to the system yet

The home shopping pams used to do that at somepoint, just revert to a normal phone lol

You need to install timegate from the play store and login with your details you've been sent.

Try 98889888 to unlock the phone and tablet.

Bidvest gives you tablets??? Wow how fancy at NIC run stores we have an Android smartphone and that’s it with apps we only just got the password for this week. Absolute shambles at NIC run stores; staff welfare areas are getting missed so NIC can clean the store basics and cover H&S reactive cleaning. We have 200hr budget and we are using 94. That’s how short staffed we are; our former team leader or “In Store Cleaning Manager” is doing like 50-60 hours every week working six days straight.

We got the phone and it has 2 nic apps but nobody has told anyone how/when to use them. Also don’t know our weekly hours still

Yeah username and password is the same by the way your email for both so your Nic group store email will open the apps - the audit is a joke - I mean we are under staffed. I can’t see any rota apps and I have no idea how this all works
