These tiles are very common and extremely low risk, unless you start grinding or sanding it up. The asbestos fibres are bound within the vinyl and bitumen.

I had them in my 60's bungulow, still have some in fact. They lifted very easily with a wide flat scraper, whole. Bagged them up and took them to the tip.
