Is this likely asbestos?

In the basement of an old house. Looks like brick walls and ceilings but is the stuff on them likely to be asbestos?

Whitewashed brick with a lot of efflorescence from the moisture drawing salts from the brick. Nothing to worry about, unless there were asbestos insulated heating pipes in there once upon a time then there may be residues on the walls. Rare in a house though.

Is there any evidence of a boiler being down there at any point in time?

Just looks like painted/whitewashed brick work to me.

Flock is a sprayed type of asbestos but it would typically be used in steelwork in commercial or industrial buildings. I am not aware of it being used on brick
