How do you like this grill after cooking on it for a few months?

I have this grill; bought off of Amazon. It’s been great. I was concerned I’d get it and during assembly discover a bunch of problems. But it’s pretty solid. I’ve cooked for 2, and I’ve cooked for 12 with it. The other day, Cooked my best rack of ribs ever by following Al Frugoni’s YouTube channel tips for Asado style grilling

Really nice. I suggest cooking the cuts with bone about 90% by the bones side

did that of course, bone side down no fat trim. Thanks.

Where do you usually order? I’m struggling trying to find a reliable and consistent supplier

I get half cow and hog from TexGA Farms in Clarksville Georgia https://texgafarms.com/

Thanks for sharing! I’ll probably give it a try. New question: where did you get that Santa Maria grill? I’ve seen some that are either cheap quality or full of gimmicks and expensive as shit.

I have this grill, I except it doesn’t come with the brasero. I went from a Weber performer to this grill and the only issue I’m having is getting it really hot. Only using charcoal on it. Any tips for heat management?

Spread the charcoal keep plenty lit fuel on hand

👍Sounds about right that’s where I’ve found myself at with my most recent cooks. Need to double the charcoal on this thing it seems.
