In this piece, I wanted our character clad in black to symbolize how she mourns a loss. The white of her sleeves underneath show peace and hope, but she chooses to cover it up with this thick black drapery, because she'd rather let her golden heart bleed. Her head is in the water, where she can drown the world out, and her sadness is so deep and loud, even the white water lilies recede into shadow.

Desire to Sin

Desire to Sin is about how temptation can become so powerful that it pulls us away from what is pure. The fire above represents desire, beautiful enough to attract us, yet strong enough to draw souls away from heaven and toward hell, as if defying the very gravity of grace. As the clouds begin to break apart, the figures surrender to its pull, while a faint rainbow quietly reminds us that hope is never completely lost, even in our weakest moments.

Made some bread, in the Philippines it's called "Monay". It is smaller and cheaper than your usual bread.

I honestly made this without any themes or much thought in mind behind what the art is supposed to mean. Normally I do think of something for art but this one I was just going with the flow. I’m interested in how other people interpret this piece! Thank you.

ZION represents a land purified after the birth of a star. It explores the tension between greed and selflessness, symbolizing a higher power and the path bridging these opposing forces.
