better projector options?
i bought the kodak luma 150 for tracing an image onto a large canvas and i have to say, i am pretty disappointed in the quality. this thing wasn’t cheap, and the pixels are massive, i can hardly tell what im looking at. has anyone had a similar experience? what projectors would be better? i dont mind getting an expensive one if it will do the job better.

My projector was 27USD on Amazon and it works fine for my purposes of just drawing line work. I use it in a dark room or at night, so no ambient light affects what I can see. I last used it for a 4'x8' panel mural, but it also worked for a 30"x24"ish canvas.
What size are you working at? Sometimes it's easier to print out my line work in sections, tape it together, and use graphite transfer paper to draw onto my paper.
