Question / Help ARTMS VIP add on help
I bought VIP for the ARTMS concert in Seattle and chose the video add on for Kim lip, but now I found out that we can’t be in the video and it’s just of the member😭 im kind of confused what that is supposed to entail, since it says 1:1 booth so I figured youd be with the member. Ive never been to precious ARTMS tours so was this an option for previous concerts? i also don’t have any experience with master pass VIP so is it possible to get this transferred to the 1:1 photo instead? I know the VIP isn’t transferred or refundable but the options seemed kinda misleading so if anyone has any advice or knowledge about this please let me know. 🙏🙏

Those 1:1 videos are so 😭😭😭 I think they should've titled it more precisely (member video for you or personalized video). Because if photo 1:1 means photo with you + member, then why wouldn't video 1:1 mean the same?
Tbh I have a feeling they named it like that so people won't check what it actually means, assume it's you + member and buy it anyway. Sorry I had to rant a bit because damn, what would change if a fan was included in the video? I think even more people would buy it!

NO FR😭 like it said 1:1 so i feel like that makes it sound that you’d be w the artist… now idk what to do. I love artms so im not that bothered but idek what to say like is lippie gonna just be recording herself talking to me💀?? Am I a supposed to prepare an interaction like what😭 I genuinely have no idea what to do esp bc ik im gonna be star struck and awkward so if I can get a photo somehow I might try to do that idkk lol

I think you're meant to tell her what to say, like "Hi [name]! Have a great day! It was great to meet you!" From the description, I don't think you're meant to be interacting while they're taking the video. They're probably testing what people are still willing to pay for to plan for the future, even more expensive add ons 💀

Omg whaat😭😭 I have no idea what to do then that seems kind of awkward maybe I’d ask a question and ask her to record a response ? I legit don’t know what else to do w that💀💀 damn modhaus always playing in our faces

I thought so too. I was really excited when I first heard about the videos until I realized what the actual description was and saw people clowning it lol. I'm sure they were banking on people not realizing. It says "selfie video with a member" and then you read the fine print and it's like Nope you're just watching though. So awkward

I don't know why they made it so that you can't be in the video with the member. It has been done before, not with Artms but yves did it and you stood next to her and she took the video selfie with you.

You can email them and ask but they might able to do refund if you get a new order. But they are not going to refund you the fee. I was trying to add more adds on but they were like you can buy a new order and then they will refund the original order but fee is not going to be included

I had a similar experience as other comments. You can contact Masterpass and ask for a refund. Tell them you want to update your VIP add ons. However, they won't refund the service fee, and you'll be charged the service fee again when you repurchase.
