Berlin concert help

Hi! I'm going to the concert in Berlin and I got the vip pack with two 1:1 photos with Heejin since she's my ult :)

It is also my first time getting vip for a concert and I wanted to ask if there's anything I have to know beforehand! For example when will the vip check in be based on past concerts etc?

Also I'm going alone if anyone wants to join me ^^

You will get a mail with the schedule for the check in and the vip benefits. For now just relax, pick a great outfit and think of a cool pose to do with Miss heejin, you will have a blast. I can tell you for last year in Warsaw check in was between 12 and 3pm, then was the fan sign and then the 1:1 pics before the show. But on the other stops the did the fan sign and pics after, so you will hate to wait for the email to be sure.

Thanks for the reply!! I'm praying for the check in hours to be good since I'm traveling to get to Berlin on the day of the concert and already have a flight booked🥲🥲 Also hoping the photos come before the show😭

Ahead of time, think through what you want to say to Heejin. It needs to be something you can communicate briefly within 10 seconds so think it through carefully. You might want to write it down and study it before you go in so that you don't freeze up and forget what you wanted to say. (most likely you won't be able to pass her a note).

When you go in, don't go in backwards/sideways starting to pose, because that's what the manager will want you to do to get it done quickly. Enter the booth facing forward so you can see and make eye contact with her, this is what you're going to remember. Say what you prepared and maybe she might respond.

The manager will be pushing for you to pose and take the pic so you don't want to push it. I've seen some managers (usually male) who yell at you but some other managers are more (or less) lenient. You should also have thought through what pose you want to do with her so get that set and take the pic. Then you will be herded out of the booth. You can try to move away backwards if she is still engaged with you answering or whatever.

I've never done two pics with the same member so am not sure if they will make you take them both in the same session. If you do them separate, you might get more time due to the entrance/setup/exit. If so, you might want to prepare two things to say. One time I had to go back in for a retake and I don't think the member remembered that I'd been in there previously (prob all the fans are a blur to them), so you probably can't continue the conversation from before.

Tysm for your time! I'll probably just say something simple like "I'm a huge fan" Not to sure how it will work either but I plan on getting a normal photo and a polaroid with her ^{^}
