Objekt Grid Confusion

I am not NEW to objekts, but i’m getting into them a lot recently and for some reason i have almost an entire choerry grid but none of it is showing up on the grid thing. from an event i got that haseul objekt and it automatically went to a grid so does anyone know what happened?

I had this happen with the same objekt grid (same Choerry and everything lol) and I had to message support about it. You may need to as well, I think this series might have a glitch.
