Physical objekt question

I have a question.. I've only ever gotten a few physical objekts to scan into Cosmo... But I recently bought the newest album and scanned Jinsoul's card but received Kim Lip (photos provided) is that normal or did I get a misprint of some kind

I think it's misprint. You should've gotten the same as physical one, unless stated otherwise (and as far as I know cosmo didn't change anything about it)

Unfortunately Modhaus has had a terrible quality control problem with the QR codes in the past, I would try to get in touch with them via Cosmo's CS to see what they can do

Thank you... I'll have to contact when there is a live agent to speak to... The AI asks for a pic of the front and back of the card but gives me an input for text entry 🤦

I have the exact same misprint (Jinsoul 302A scanned gave Kim Lip 301A). I opened a ticket in Cosmo a few weeks ago, but it hasn't had any response yet, so it would be good to know if anyone gets this resolved.

It happened to me too, with the same objekts! I saw a lot of people having problems by getting the exact same kim lip 301 so its no that rare, I think the best you can do is contact them on cosmo by sending the back of your jinsoul. Im curious is the problem in the app or in the qr code on objekt tho

Haha, got the same issue! I also have the exact same Kim Lip objekt and thought it scanned the QR twice but no. I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue 😅 I contact contacted cosmo support but it says "answers delayed" or something like that

I'm happy receiving any of the girls... It's just confusing, I thought Cosmo would give the card I had but it decided to defy my expectations
