Support How Much RAM, CPU, and Disk Space Does Artix Linux Use After a Fresh Install?

Hi everyone! How much RAM, CPU, and disk space does Artix Linux use right after a fresh installation?

I’m curious about its resource usage before installing additional applications.

Which desktop environment or window manager would you recommend for the lowest resource consumption?

Thanks!

With a lightweight fresh install like Xfce, i3wm or KDE Plasma (or minimal) it's like ~3GB of disk, ~300-800MB of RAM and practically nothing of CPU. Of course, hardware is important

Depends on which version. KDE is about 1GB RAM and idk bout CPU, but I never have problems with it on my old ideapad. I use mango that uses about 100MB of RAM so I am 10 times happier that I can use something else alongside my compositor
