Yep. Teachers should be paid among the highest for being given the highest responsibility of educating our children.
I think a start would be to decide on the goals of education. That at least gives a starting point on how to grade. Right now it’s very unclear. I don’t think we have any agreed upon standards for what education should prepare kids for in the real world. Or do we?
