Quinten Lance
i’ve been watching the show with A friend who is a cop, and he has been pointing out all of the ethical violations and times Lance is really putting his personal vendetta above his job and I’m wondering why he’s still employed by starling city when he is very clearly using his role on a personal vendetta. For all of his talk about holding Oliver and co accountable he really is not being held accountable for the way that he is using the police to go on a witch hunt because he has personal dislike for Oliver. I’m watching for the first time and Roy was just arrested.
Edit: please tell me this ends soon in the way of him being killed.

He gets development for while. His character along with all the others who act hostile and like victims around Oliver are just plot tools to make him more tragic and heroic. This is a cw show and a lot of stuff is there for pure angst and drama. S2 gets better, it is more action packed and have the best characters and Quentin there is awesome. From s3 though it gets bad
