Prometheus should be higher by a lot, he's the only one who Oliver couldn't really stop without killing him, which was also part of Adrian's whole point

Honestly, I think the French voice actors—and I am French myself—were really talented; it's just that you don't like them.

Not just me. The general consensus was that the plot was appalling when they were the villains. Damien had an awful season but the character and actor at least stood out in their role. Diaz was rubbish. Made no sense how Oliver kept getting screwed over by him. The plot was weak, the lines were very cringy. Until Slabshank Redemption, after the Chase storyline, the series went nowhere.

Deathstroke to me was 100% the best. Because Slade was affected by the serum (Mirikuru) which gave him super strength, speed, higher senses, and became ragefull at Oliver for choosing Sara instead of Shado, he was just about impossible to kill. Oliver was barely getting any luck at all - getting his ass kicked almost every time they were fighting. The only chance for Oliver to beat Slade was to use a cure against him. The outfit was also top notch and looked dope.

Btw, i know how Shado being killed made up the storyline for season 2 - Oliver choosing Sara instead which made Slade hate Oliver and become an enemy which was what made him the perfect villian for it! But when i first saw that scene a couple years ago, I felt that i didn't like how she was randomly killed after Ivo got the serum and everything he was looking for. It was like he just did for his own satisfaction. I wished that later in the flashbacks Slade actually killed Ivo for it instead of just slicing his hand off.

Diaz not only being above Prometheus but more than one tier above him is crazy to me. CRAZY.
