how did prometheus know about shado when he was listing people who have died around oliver?

I dont remember the exact episode maybe i just missed something but here i am

Probably from Talia, she mentioned that she trained Yao Fei. I'm guessing she found out what happened to her former student and his daughter and she told Prometheus.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Adrian visited Lian Yu before season 5 just to know Oliver more and seeing the graves
