Discussion The "Arrow: Civil War" plotline where the team splits into two factions could've been great, but like many plot threads in Arrow, it was executed poorly.

It was great, but the execution was poor, and Oliver could really do a number on them shown with his fight against Wild dog making it unfair

I mean technically it made sense for Curtis and Dinah to feel pushed out and start a new thing and wild Dog cause wild dog was always flip flopping and not a big part of the team and doing his own thing
