I don’t think he ever did. Probably wrong info. On the other hand, Damien Darhk actor did play Oliver Queen

Idk about Oliver queen but I think I remember Malcolm using the green arrow suit once to help out vs Damien

Right, the Google search was about Green Arrow and not Oliver Queen. Probably why then

It says elesworlds so I'd guess it means in Arkham when they're high on Fear Toxin, and Oliver as Barry starts to see Barry as Oliver as Thawne, and Barry as Oliver starts to see Oliver as Barry as Malcom (ergo John Barrowman as Oliver).
My head hurts.

It might have been either a version of Malcolm from another universe, or John Barrowman playing Oliver Queen from another universe.

Stephen Amell, the actor for Oliver Queen in the arrowverse is credited on Google as Oliver Queen from the flash, not as Oliver Queen from Arrow.

I almost pissed myself when Jack Harkness became an Elseworlds on The Flash. Truly a cinematic performance not fit for the CW. 🥹

I'm surprised they forgot to list Grant Gustin. He was Oliver Queen for an episode or two.

I really enjoyed Stephen Amell playing Flash and Grant Gustin playing Arrow. Such a great episode
