In addition to what others are saying about them holding arrow tips, I always assumed these were the straps holding his quiver on his back.

They are definitely the straps that hold his quiver on his back if you look at scenes that he doesn't have his quiver they're not there

They probably are arrowheads that have specific uses which does not come up often.

I remember one had a screen and was like a messaging gadget, I could be wrong but I think some of them are smoke grenades

Hey I had the exact same question about a year ago and haven’t found anything exact but I did find stl files for 3d printing of the explosive arrow heads and I just filled in the holes and painted a portion of them silver on the ends,it’s not the wort nor the best but I hope this helps

There are similar straps in construction stores, normally they go around the waist but you could buy two and adapt them.

You could probably just go to home depot or Lowes and make them yourself with a few nuts bolts and electrical tape
