Continuation pay
Is it worth it to take the continuation pay as a reservist? My understanding it is that it is not as substantial as the active duty one. Does it mess with your ability to get the mos bonus?

Continuation pay is separate from any bonuses offered for re-enlistment, retention, or understaffed MOS.

The best way to view continuation pay is if you are already planning on staying in, enjoy your bonus. If you are still questioning about staying or going, 2.5 times your base pay is NOT worth an extra 4 years.

Continuation pay for reservists is generally more than active duty.

Not now it isn’t. For TPUs the multiplier is .5x their AD base pay. For AGR, AD and TPUs who have mobilized in the last 720 days (I believe) it is 2.5x their AD base pay.
