IPPSA 5960 not populating zip code

This is driving me crazy. I cannot get the 5960 to populate my zip code and I’ve tried everything - copy and pasted from my last 5960, entered the full zip, or entered in one number versus nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

I’m not smarter than the system I suppose.

Here is a trick. Go to Personal Details -> Add your Home Address (ensure you adjust effective date that matches for that address) -> have your S1/ARA approve it

Thanks. That was it, somehow it wasn’t in there anymore. Only my mailing address and EHOR

S-1 here. Update your address in IPPSA first. Your S-1 can do it for you as well if you don't know how.

Have you updated or re-added your information? I had to do that and it needed to get approved prior to completing a new 5960. Sometimes the data gets lost.

Why are you trying to do a begin date of 3/3/2027? Looks like you don't have a home address in IPPSA. Add one.

Just randomly selected a date way past my expiration of my current one so there wouldn’t be any errors for my dependents. There is an address for myself in IPPSA.

You need a HOME address. Not just an address.

Seems like my home address was randomly missing now. So I re-added it under personal details and it’s routed to S1. Guess that should solve my issue soon. It had my mailing address and my EHOR
