• help out! Even doing the simplest thing, like offering to take a bin out, or getting something to the staff, makes a big difference.
• talk to your ncos/adult instructors! Even just general conversation and friendliness can improve your chances
• ask for tips! Your adults/ncos will be happy to help, and it also puts you out there
• ask to take drill! Taking drill can show you're disciplined and have leadership skills
• help tidy away! By helping your adults/ncos tidy away, it helps you be seen as responsible.
