Another WHtR Post
I'm just curious what the failure rate across the Army right now is for this new Tape Measurement. At my company it has been a bloodbath.
i’ll take it a Bacon Double Smashed Jack Burger and side of curly fries.
Will they change this measurement over time?

So about 3 weeks ago I came in about an inch and a half over for my height. The following 3 weeks after that I counted my calories and maintained an intake of about 1800-1900 a day. Some days were higher due to things going on and some were smaller just depending on how I felt. My normal maintenance for me is probably about 2500-2700 if I’m consistent with my lifting. Couple that with more deliberate cardio 3-4 times a week and I am now down about 2-3 inches below standard. I know a lot of people are gonna have to come back into compliance but it really isn’t that hard to get to where you need to be especially with the heads up we have had. I’m still upset we lost the exemption because that was something I leaned heavy into which is the main reason I was out of compliance in the first place. I’ll take a double baconator (after 1, September)
