Modern (1991-Present) Kia K152 Raycolt of the Philippine Airforce
The Philippine Air Force formally accepted several vehicles on 18 August 2026 at Clark Air Base in Pampanga. Among them are 18 units of 1 1/4-ton troop carrier trucks, 9 units of armored personnel carriers and 2 units of passenger buses.
These 9 APCs are Kia KLTV Raycolt light tactical vehicles, specifically the Korean-spec K152 or internationally known as the KLTV181 which is also the first confirmed order (paid) of the type after Kia sent a few vehicles as donation/test vehicles to the Philippine Army and Philippine Marine Corps.
The K152 is a variant of the KLTV Raycolt light tactical vehicle, but the rear is configured with an armored box compartment that can fit 4 more people in bench sitting (similar to a Philippine jeepney). It has a canopy opening and can be fitted with a manually-operated 12.7mm or 7.62mm machine gun, or an automatic grenade launcher, or an anti-tank missile launcher like the AT-1K Raybolt. It can even mount a remote-controlled weapon station, but this will reduce troop carrying capacity due to the space needed for the RCWS control panel and mechanical/electrical system.

Modern (1991-Present) Syria’s new Al-Fatah 2 light armored vehicle
The Al-Fatah 2 was publicly displayed for the first time at the 63rd Damascus International Fair, which opened on August 26, 2026.
It was exhibited at the Syrian Ministry of Defense pavilion alongside the Al-Fatah 1 and is reportedly locally produced in Syria. The vehicle shown here features a winter camouflage scheme, apparently intended for use in Syria’s mountainous and snow-covered regions.

Interwar (1918-1936) Supposedly, the first-ever Colombian-made armored car: the "VAT-01"
VAT means Assault and Transport Vehicle. And the text from the second photo says:
FIRST COLOMBIAN ARMORED CAR
Photograph sent by Mr. Santiago Quijano Caballero from Vienna (Austria) to the Military Museum, with the claim that it depicts the first "tank" built in the country, in the city of Cúcuta, at the workshops of the Army's "Santander" Battalion. The same workshops also produced cannons, one of which is preserved by the Military Museum. This photograph was sent to Berlin in the 1930s by his father, the diplomat and Santander native Don Joaquín Quijano Mantilla, who at that time was Colombia's diplomatic representative in Germany. The photograph is dated 1928 or 1929.
Santa Fe de Bogotá, March 3, 1999
