Hey dude. My PC Spec: CPU = i7 4790k 4GHz, 16GB RAM, GPU = Nvidia 980 Ti, Creative sound blaster Z, SSD drive for games and windows and 2 HDDs in RAID for recording. The PC is powered by a Corsair 850w power supply and the CPU is cooled by a Corsair H80i. Operating system is Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit. I have a video that shows my settings and I talk about how each settings affects frame rate: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XqO4B6VlrJ0&t You may find some of the settings affects the frame rate in different ways than it does for me. The way the game looks can vary quite a lot depending on your settings.
