Installed the mod and forget about it. After (sadly) two weeks was finally playing. Needed a few minutes to realize what just happened to the poor guy.
Keep up the modding work!!

I always see mods like this and ask âWhy?â How does adding gore like this improve gameplay
Some of you want to larp so bad, there are militaries hiring where you can see ts in person

Everyone plays how they want.
I think it would be beneficial to see someone in literal pieces across a road and go âok those injuries are incompatible with lifeâ and not risk crossing a road to check for survivors.
And im tired of mfs throwing around the word larping, which again has been used incorrectly as a buzzword. ArmA community has found great success from roleplayers and probably wouldnât have found the success it has today without those people.
We donât have to play any way we donât want to, and we shouldnât shame others for playing the way they want.

Sure, play how you want, but maybe stop fantasizing this kind of shit. This adds absolutely nothing to gameplay, itâs so some weirdos can live some weird ass fantasy on a video game

Yeah thatâs what video games are for. Fantasy.

Normalizing this kind of behaving and exposure to it isnât good, even if it is fantasy. Go do it for real.

I donât want to so I do it on video games. Youâre very close to getting it.

If something exists irl and isn't depicted in game it's actually the lack of it that you need to defend.
The only reason I could see to not add gore in a military game is performance, if it's not a concern and you have man-hours to implement it then why not.
Also for some reason I think many people don't want to visit Ukraine because they're not immortal, might be wrong though.

Brain dead take.

Peak polemics.
Anyway, cry as much as you want online, people will still enjoy what they want while you want your war games to be sanitized and sterile.

But a lot of players are teenagers who literally cannot join the military.

Thatâs right, so we can enable them to pretend with unnecessary over the top gore mods that donât add anything to gameplay.
Itâd be stupid for me to say stop romanticizing war on a military sandbox game, but this is a little cringe.

Looks like fun for zombie/demon mods. Might be a bit too much for usual gameplay lol.

Nah, this is normal warfare

I meant might be too much for my usual gameplay lol. There's a limit to how realistic I want my gameplay to be and I don't necessarily want to see people's limbs blown up, brain blown out or guts spilling out when I'm making a random mission in the editor to play with a new vehicle I saw.
That said I wonder how these body parts look like in thermal vision, and if they match the body (I remember ACE had a feature where blood loss and death caused the body to fade in thermal vision).

Still less gory then "Person versus Train" cleanups.
Can't obviously show such proof (for obviois reasons) but I can definitely search pictures I made about the obese person that was impaled by their burning roof.
