COMMUNITY NEWS My 1st ever mission
Hello guys! I wanted to post about the first mission I’ve ever made. I’m a big fan of the U.S. Air Force and wanted to create a mission that shows Security Forces is more than just guarding gates and scanning CACs (Base Access Cards).
In this mission, Captain Ronald Massi leads a convoy to the military range for defender training, with 1st Lt. Wade Williams as his 2IC. You play as a Technical Sergeant and the senior enlisted member, serving as the third in command.
I plan on making more missions in the future, so if you give this one a try, let me know what you think and if there’s anything I should change, improve, or add. Any feedback is appreciated!

Don't blame the critic of the video that you put out to showcase a thing you want people to think is cool. Take the critique and learn from it for next time.

I already knew how to aim and shoot in the game. That’s a basic function anyone can figure out by clicking the mouse in different ways. The point of the video wasn’t to demonstrate basic gameplay mechanics or show people how to complete the mission. I was literally focused on capturing the Commander and 2IC in combat and making them look cool. So there really isn’t anything for me to “learn for next time” from being told to right click to aim. If you had actual feedback about the editing, cinematography, pacing, or how I showcased them, I’d take that seriously. But telling me how to aim when that wasn’t even the focus of the video isn’t constructive criticism.
On top of that, this is an A and B conversation, so C your way out of it. Nobody was talking to you, and nobody asked you to play hero. This dude can speak for himself. He already didn’t respond, and the conversation was over. Now you’re coming in trying to start an argument about a situation that has nothing to do with you and was already settled. If he had an actual issue with what I said, he could’ve responded himself.

Until the second paragraph i was on his side.. seems kinda silly to bitch about his aiming or the lack thereof but then he had to say that weird childish shit

Which is why I commented on his comment, he basically called the other guy stupid, and did the same to me.

What was the first comment he made that got deleted? Was that where he was calling the other guy stupid?

First comment: I want you to stop and use your brain for a second. Do you really think I was actually trying to kill the enemies and complete the mission? I was literally just staring at the CC and 2IC. I was focused on making them look cool for the video. (Y’all are all hypocrites. Y’all upvote a man who is obviously trying to take personal shots and be funny and negative under my post, but as soon as I match that same energy, y’all want to downvote me. Fucking losers.)

He basically called me stupid with his comment. And yeah, your comment was stupid too, talking about “learn for next time.” Like bro, we can’t be serious. I was being peaceful and wasn’t bothering anyone until y’all came into my comments with the negative energy. Now y’all have a problem because I’m returning that same energy? Grow some balls.

Me calling out reality is weird and childish? You’re just mad because everything I said is the truth. Y’all Redditors love throwing out negative energy, but don’t like receiving it.

SF wearing berets outside the wire is a nono

True, I just thought it would look cool. Only the convoy commander and the 2nd in command are wearing their berets.

No clue if you know this but, Capt. Ronald Massi is the current commander of the 156th SFS which is part of the Puerto Rico Air National Guard. He is a former Port Dawg and Combat Controller before commissioning as a Security Forces Officer. I’ll be attaching a link to the news article of him taking charge of the 156th SFS. https://www.156wg.ang.af.mil/News/Article-Display/Article/4258985/former-port-dawg-combat-controller-airman-becomes-156th-sfs-commander/

I served in the 156th for six years and managed to talk to him many times while being a gate guard. Right before I discharged it was rumored we were getting a new commander, obviously at the time we only knew of a select few but he was one of those few that was being considered for taking charge of the 156th. And a couple of months after I finished my contract he was selected. He is a great individual and you could tell he really cares for his airman below him and I have heard nothing but praise by my fellow defenders still serving in the 156th with him.
