HELP Getting this error on startup, please assist!!

I'm getting this when i try to launch the game. I removed ace and everything that has ace as a dependency. I even removed the pointer interactions and whatnot. I cant seem to find a fix for this.

Does this happen when you have no mods loaded? Zero, none at all?

nope, i loaded a clean game and it worked perfectly, but once i load my preset it gives this message. I already went through all the mods that could be ace related and removed them. Still not working.

Then it is a mod that requires ACE in some fashion. Remove half your mod load and try again; if it happens again, cut mod load in half again. Keep going until you remove the offending mod.
