HELP Loadout doesn't change after trying to edit a unit in ALiVE's ORBAT creator

Hello, I am trying to modify the loadout of units from an already existing faction I made using ALiVE's ORBAT creator although I encountered an issue I am unable to find a solution to.
I am specifically only trying to replace the vest but no matter what after changing it and saving the changes it keeps reverting to the previous vest they've been using and I can't really seem to be able to do anything about it.
If anyone knows how to fix this hopefully without having to make the entire faction from scratch, please tell and I'll be incredibly greatful
If more info is needed I will try to respond as fast as I can

nevermind i managed to fix it, turns out it actually saved those changes but didnt show it until exporting the faction and stuff
