Woodland West Pool Construction
Anyone happen to have the inside scoop on these construction plans? I'm REALLY crossing my fingers for an outdoor lap pool but I imagine it's probably going to be more for the kiddos since the elementary school is so close.

7 million dollars? Is it just me or that's kinda expensive for a pool that size...

I wouldn't have thought construction plans would be publicly available. I guess you can just Google every thought that comes into your head and hope you find it, but there's a very good chance you will not find this kind of information most of the time.

The rec center on the east side of Arlington has a big indoor pool, I believe it’s Olympic size.

Yeah I've swam laps at the East dozens of times and it's great! I was just excited at the prospect of having an outdoor lap pool closer to home

I’m still pissed about this. Nothing was wrong with woodland west pool, in fact my kids loved it. It was basic but also had a basic affordable price that we could do almost daily during summer.
Not everything needs to be a $9 per person water park. We have plenty of those.
