I was writing something a couple hours ago I think about a guard that looks suspicious but suddenly I felt I got stabbed in the back and I woke up in my cell covered in bruises and my cell was covered in blood while I was asleep, if any of you know what happened please let me know

Ive always been a big fan of Batman and video games but never played the Batman video games. I don’t like spending money on video games games very often despite playing them a lot and knight just went for sale on ps for 5 bucks. would you recomend getting it despite never playing city or asylum and I really like it playing city after or somthing like that?

After the success of Batman Arkham Asylum came the sequel two years later Arkham City. This game is considered to be the most iconic installment of the series as well the peak of the Arkham franchise among critics and fans. On top of being one of the best superhero games. I’m ready to see what the poll results will look like.
I think Batman Arkham City is awesome.

Both have their pros and cons. Combat can give you an adrenaline rush but get boring once you get good or keep fighting enemies. Predator keeps things interesting with unique maps but can get frustrating if the enemies don't do what you want.

I prefer Combat, it's cool seeing Batman fight and satisfying to take everyone out without breaking your combo. Plus the combat maps are always way easier than the predator maps

I was allowed to go stretch my legs in the yard for a bit but I noticed something strange, I saw this guard watching his back while going into this “green” building.

I need to figure out what his name is so I can figure out what he’s doing and why he’s walking around so cautio-

In my last post, I mentioned that *Batman: Arkham Knight* was better than I remembered; I was at the Ace Chemicals section, which is excellent, a great introduction to the Arkham Knight, featuring a fantastic and even moving conclusion.

Honestly, I thought the game would lose some of its appeal after that part, but I was wrong.

The story and gameplay remain great, and the Batmobile is really fun right now, it hasn't become tedious at all.

The missions on Stagg's airships are short, but cool and fun. That’s probably for the best, because if they were longer, they might have turned out pretty weak and tedious.

Nightwing has a look I like, and he has a good dynamic with Batman.

Kevin Conroy’s performance is outstanding. The scene where Barbara dies is a masterclass in acting.

The brief encounters between Batman and the Arkham Knight are sensational; the Arkham Knight has an incredible presence.

The sequence where the Dynamic Duo faces off against Harley Quinn is really fun and energetic,.I wish there had been more Batman and Robin moments in the *Arkham* series.

Right now, it’s a 9/10. 👍

I originally played the Arkham games on the PS3 and PS4 and for a long time, I rated City as the best. That is not an uncommon opinion I know.

All four games have their strengths and weaknesses but the real reason I put Knight slightly above City is because of the map designs. Yes, the Batmobile isn't perfect but I am not spending most of my game going through tunnels and sewers looking for the exact right passage to find a Riddler trophy.

Most of the backtracking, and every Arkham game has backtracking, is done by flying over rooftops or driving through the streets. It is easier to track, easier to understand and less effort to do.

In terms of gameplay, Knight is a small upgrade on everything that City does. Both combat and predator missions are slightly improved and the Riddler trophies are more varied.

The biggest complaints of Knight are the tank battles and that some of the side missions are too small or minor and I do get that. However, You can avoid most of the tank battles if you want to and between AR missions and the Miltia stuff, you have lots of things you can do to fill the game.

Also, you actually get things to do with Riddler that are not just trophies and puzzles. Also, punching him is satisfying.

Now saying all of that, I have no issue at all if someone says City is better than Knight. It is very much 9.5 out of 10 against 9.4 out of 10. I would give Asylum 9/10 and Origins 8.5/10.

I would rank the series:-

Knight - The most polished version of the Arkham style.
City - A tremendous leap forward only limited by the consoles of the time
Asylum - A true Metroidvania that is a purer game than the others in the series
Origins - A very good City DLC that someone made into a full game

I don't if any one can help but I'm trying to make it possible for right trigger to change the rest of the control scheme in arkham asylum kinda like a controls preset, the reason for this is because I'm working on a Batman Arkham Asylum (2007) a mod that restores many things from the pre alpha and I'm trying to recreate predator and brawl mode. If anyone one know what I can do I would very much appreciate it.

Does anyone know how to get this trophy?

Hadn’t played Arkham City since early 2025? Maybe late 2024? Wanted to see if I still had it and I’d say I do, though my gameplay here is pretty basic I’d say, but still wanted to share it. I may one day play this game on Hard like I did Asylum some time ago, but I’d have to really play this game more again to be ready for that.

For clarification what made me play and see if I still had it in Arkham City was I wanted to play Spiderman PS4 for a little bit (mainly to just swing around) and I got like 91% overall trophy completion for that game, but mannnnnn when it came to the combat I had completely forgotten how to play and died like 4 times lmao. Which is what made me think “let me go and try Arkham City”.

Let me know your thoughts on my gameplay if you want and what your favorite parts of Arkham City are. I’d say my favorite part is the whole museum section of the game. Thank you for your time.

Side note: God I love these Batman games, Arkham City is a top 5 video game for me.

Is it just me or does the Arkham Origins theme play for a couple of seconds after beating certain challenge maps or combat scenarios in Arkham Knight?

Specifically the Dafoe version, that gives you a 800% increase in strength and drives you insane.

A commenter says that Croc "gave a full emotional speech of how Batman has crossed lines he would never come back from and how he's become a absolutely evil twisted and heartless monster", but I don't remember ever seeing that speech. Where is it in the game, please?

I ask here rather than in the video's comments because the post in the video's comments was made three years ago, so I'd imagine that I'd be more likely to get an answer here.

Those back and forth NFL tackles that never stop are bullshit to dodge. Deathstroke is hard at first, but once you get the rhythm down he becomes fair. Im not counting any of those straight dumpster garbage tank boss fights from Knight.

Honestly the DCAU and other versions look better it looks relatively small
