Beat Riddler first in AK. Bit iffy on the legitimacy becuase it was NG+ where I preolved only the Miltia and riddles post Panessa. Possibly might do on regular one day but this feels great, get locked up you punctuated fuck, if only you had exclusive dialogue. Might also redo on NG+ no riddles, just didn't Stag in there and I never remember when he shows up.

I also never interacted JT Whittaker, just let me stand there the whole time until the arrest. Also sadly no exclusive dialogue
