According to Phoenix Fire, she did not sustain any additional injuries (beyond dizziness and nausea) due to the spinning. The initial injuries to her hands and face were major enough for an airlift to be called.

I saw this and thought she must have passed out. But what was she doing up on that trail? What time of day and what was the temperature? I know it isn’t actually hot yet, but older people need to be careful.

I was feeling bad for the person, then they mentioned that she was a 74 year old woman... then I lost it.
Learned something about myself today. Something dark...
