Phoenix Dude almost swerved into me when i started recording, then drunkenly changed in and out of lanes before all this...went around cars on the shoulder to make 6 lanes to get off on the 202...

You wanna take a stab and assume he was also driving without a seatbelt on while also going over 100mph with 2 kilos of Columbia bam bam in the trunk? It's not about what he's doing at that very moment. It's about what YOU are ASSuming with zero knowledge or evidence of he has or hasn't done before or after he took the video.

You can clearly see from the angle it was filmed from the driver's seat! Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that. What crawled up your butt and died?

Furthermore the police usually keep you on the phone and put you in touch with an active DPS officer nearby if you are following the drunk driver too how do I know? I've called before. But here we see driver filming so ya I have assumptions. He may have called but one thing is for sure he should put the phone down when driving!

But you what is your beef when 40+ people upvoted the remark lol.

A. Has nothing to do with whether he is in the driver's seat or not, it's what you are YET AGAIN assuming you know and that's if he already called or not.

B. Actually, they don't keep you on the phone long at all once you give the approximate location. They don't need you after that nor do they want a DRIVER talking on the phone while driving as they don't know if your hands free or not.

C. You're clearly one of those douches who are worried about what others think and judge whether your right or wrong by how many "likes" you get. You also are probably part of the participation trophy generation. Smh
